Sommario

The course is aimed at supporting students selected for a mobility period abroad. The three sections of Health and Wellbeing, Practical Advice! and Culture Shock provide advice on practical aspects (e.g. budget, accommodation) but also encourage students to reflect on other important aspects that play an important role in adjusting to a different life and study environment (e.g. cultural issues).

How to complete the pathway

Each section provides knowledge acquisition by alternating presentation of contents in an interactive mode, short quizzes or multiple choice/open questions; at the end of each section the completion of a test with three multiple choice questions each is required. A final certificate of attendance will be provided.
Interactive activities

Although the course is primarily a tool of self-reflection, it includes a permanent forum where participants are enabled to share their questions. Two webinars will be proposed along the path.
