Claudio Dappiaggi earned a degree in Physics and a PhD in Physics from the University of Pavia.
He is currently associate professor at the Physics Department of the same University, in the scientific-disciplinary sector [MAT / 07] - Mathematical Physics.
His teaching activity is centered on the courses of Mathematical Methods for Physics. The research activity takes place in the context of the mathematical formulation of relativistic and quantum field theories, which are studied using distribution theory and microlocal analysis techniques.
